[Problem] Essentials Chat nie działa

Mam mały (duży  :)) problem. Nie działa mi essentials chat. Zamiast tego co ustawiłem w konfigu:

Czyli tłumacząc jak bym w essentials nie zmienił, to na  chacie ciągle pokazuje się:

Więc nasunęło mi się pytanie: może mój serwer korzysta z innego pluginu do chatu? Czy ktoś może zaanalizować, czy któryś z tych pluginów (prócz essentials) może być odpowiedzialny za chat?:
